Harvey Gardner is a Master builder. He is Honest, Clean and Tidy. He does not wast time or Material. His work is very accurate. He built my three level house 4 years ago. There is no cracks. There are no leaks. There are no draughts. It is straight and true. In appreciation of his craftsmanship I will allow an inspection of the house.
The was a complete new build after a fire destroyed the existing house. We had some quirky and very specific guidelines to adhere to – you will notice the unique curved styled roof and the three stories. The house was made from native timber weather boards and has a unique styled curved roof.

Harvey from Build 100 did extensions to our house which we are absolutely stoked with. We found the whole process to be quick and easy and very much hassle free. The end result is fantastic and has been carried out to an excellent standard. I know matching the new extensions into an old house which is out of square was challenging, but Harvey managed to work through this with ease, and it is now almost impossible to detect where the old house ends and the new extensions begin. He listened to our requirements and worked well to our specifications but sometimes came up with alternative suggestions making the outcome better than we envisaged. We were living in the house at the time of the renovations, but the building work took place with very little disruption to our everyday living, despite being right off our main living area. Harvey took the time to tidy up after each day’s work, making it very easy for us to work around. We would highly recommend Harvey to anyone considering any sort of building work, and wouldn’t hesitate in employing him again.
This was an extensive renovation job, extending the house for a new kitchen and dining room and turning an old room into a new office. As we were adding onto the existing house it was essential we replicated the same style and made the transition look seamless.
